The 7th annual MJBizCon (aka Marijuana Business Conference) kicks off today, Nov. 14, in Las Vegas, and you’ve got until Friday to get down to Sin City to check out “the largest cannabis industry conference in the world”.
Held at the Las Vegas Convention Center, MJBizCon is MJBizDaily’s (aka Marijuana Business Daily) flagship event that brings together business leaders, entrepreneurs, and over 20,000 cannabis professionals in one room for a few days of connecting, networking, dealmaking, and learning in the constantly growing cannabis industry.
With over 1,000 exhibitors, you never know who you’ll meet and what you’ll see, and by attending MJBizCon, you might get your next big idea or meet someone who can help take your cannabis business to the next level.
According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, “the number of exhibitors has jumped almost 50% since 2017. Attendance has increased around 40 percent and has more than doubled since 2016”.
Ever since Nevada voted to legalize cannabis in 2016, Las Vegas has seen cannabis explode in popularity and there’s so much to celebrate- from Canada legalizing recreational cannabis last month and anti-cannabis crusader Jeff Sessions’ resignation as US Attorney General in early November- and the entire cannabis industry is buzzing with excitement, hope, and hype.
MJBizCon 2018 features keynote speaker Torsten Kuenzlen, the CEO of Sundial Growers, who spent 25 years in executive leadership positions in companies like Coca Cola and Molson Coors before joining one of Canada’s biggest cannabis companies.
Tomorrow’s Expert Joints LIVE! show is going to be one for the books with some big names from the growing world and more that you definitely won’t want to miss out on!
Make sure to stay tuned for footage and interviews from the event as Craig Ex aka The Expert of Expert Joints will be there filming all the action with the High Times Crew. It’s going to be a blast!
